Because it is a home kitchen, and publishing a private home address on the open web is not something a one-woman business should have to do. The exact street address is emailed to you the moment your order is paid, and collection is from 1pm on your bake day. It is in Forest Glen, 4556, not a mystery location.

Order before 5pm Monday and they are baked Tuesday morning, ready to collect from 1pm that day. Order before 5pm Thursday and they are baked Friday morning, ready from 1pm Friday. Your confirmation email names the exact date and the address.

Collection opens at 1pm on your bake day and we are flexible after that. Just reply to your confirmation email and we will sort out a time. Cookies keep well for three days, so there is room to move; but do tell us, because they are baked fresh for you.

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with their name and we will hand the order to them. This is how most gift orders work.

Best eaten warm, within three days. Ten seconds in the microwave brings the centre back to molten, which is how they are meant to be eaten. Keep them in an airtight container, not the fridge.

Every cookie contains milk, wheat, egg and soy. The Oreo and the M&M Nutella also contain hazelnuts. Each flavour lists its own ingredients on its product page.

This is a home kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and wheat. There are controls in place to avoid cross-contamination, but no product can be guaranteed allergen-free. If an allergy is serious, please tell us before you order rather than after.

Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Boxes of four and six can hold any combination of the five flavours. Choose your mix on the product page before adding to your bag.

Every box of four and six is gift-boxed. Tick the gift option in your bag and write a message, and it goes in on a hand-written card. If the gift is being collected by the recipient, reply to your confirmation email with their name.

Yes. Your bag lists every bake day for the next month, so pick the one you need and choose a collection window on it. Orders for each bake close 5pm the day before. If the date you want is not a bake day, order against the closest one and reply to your confirmation email; Ashley will work it out with you.

Get in touch before you order. Large orders are absolutely possible, but they need to be planned into a bake day rather than dropped into one, and it is one person doing the baking.

Yes, up until the cutoff for your bake day, because nothing has been baked yet. Reply to your confirmation email. After the cutoff, the ingredients are bought and your cookies are in the queue, so we cannot refund, but we will always try to move you to another pickup time.

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, the same processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details never touch this website. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
